Simple website pricing for sole traders, shops, tradespeople and small hospitality across West Sussex. Pick the one that fits your business today. If your needs change later, we will review the package and confirm any changes in writing. Starter is 6 months minimum. Business and Shop are 12 months, then rolling monthly.
A one-page WordPress site with a contact form, your logo, your colours, your photos, and basic SEO. Perfect for sole traders who need to be findable online without spending thousands up front.
A proper local site, run by someone you can email.
Up to 8 pages, a WordPress blog, Google Business Profile set-up and an enquiry form with a thank-you page. Designed to bring in enquiries, not just look pretty.
Everything in Starter, plus
✓ Up to 8 pages
✓ WordPress blog (you write, I publish and format)
WooCommerce set up with up to 50 products, a payment gateway connected, stock and order email notifications, and the everyday maintenance that keeps orders flowing.
To keep the monthly packages affordable, each site starts from a proven layout direction. You choose the closest fit, then I adapt the colours, images, sections and wording around your business.
Clean Local
Best for trades, sole traders and simple service businesses that need trust, clarity and fast enquiries.
Service Pro
Good for businesses with several services, stronger calls to action and more pages to explain what they do.
Shopfront
For small shops, product-led businesses and simple WooCommerce sites that need products to feel organised.
These are starting points, not rigid templates. The final site still uses your logo, colours, photos and content, and the chosen direction is confirmed before the build starts.
Clear scope
What is kept separate from the monthly fee
The monthly plans cover the website build, hosting, maintenance and agreed edits. A few related services can be added separately when needed, so the package price stays fair, predictable and focused on the site itself.
Logo design and full branding
I can use your existing logo, colours and photos. New brand identity work is quoted separately.
Copywriting from scratch
You provide the key information. I will tidy and shape it for the website, but full copywriting is a separate brief.
Business email hosting
Email hosting can be provided, but it is priced separately from the website plan because mailbox needs vary.
Third-party account set-up
Business profiles, booking tools, CRMs and other accounts are handled separately if you need help with them.
Domain management
I can manage domains for clients when agreed. Domain ownership stays with you and any renewals or changes are confirmed clearly.
Custom features and integrations
Booking systems, memberships, CRM links and unusual functionality are scoped and priced separately before work starts.
If something sits outside the package, I will confirm the scope and price in writing before any extra work starts.
Pricing questions, honestly answered
No. There is no set-up fee and the minimum terms are shown upfront. Starter is 6 months. Business and Shop are 12 months because there is more build work involved. Your first monthly payment is taken before design work starts. After the minimum term, everything rolls monthly.
The subscription starts when the project starts. I take the first monthly payment before design work begins. If content, feedback or approval is delayed, I may pause the build until I have what I need, but the agreed minimum term and monthly payments continue.
Your domain, content and photos stay yours. If you leave after the agreed minimum term with the account up to date, I package the finished site and hand it over within seven days. Sites are not launched, transferred or handed over while payments are overdue.
You own your domain, content and supplied assets. The website design and build are part of the monthly package until the agreed minimum term is complete and the account is up to date.
Most of my work is across West Sussex: Littlehampton, Bognor Regis, Worthing, Chichester, Rustington and Arundel. I take on a few projects further afield each year.
The monthly packages include managed hosting and are built on the hosting I look after. I do not build the subscription package on third-party hosting. If you need to use your own hosting, I can quote that as a separate one-off build with support agreed separately.
About two weeks from project start to launch for Starter, once I have the brief, first payment, content and feedback on time. Business is three to four weeks. Shop is four to six. I keep you in the loop throughout.
Package changes are reviewed case by case. If your site needs more, moving up is usually straightforward. Reducing scope depends on what has already been built and agreed. Any change is confirmed in writing before billing changes.
I do those as one-off projects at separate quotes. Mention what you need in your email and I will give you a clear price before any work starts.
Honest answer: it works better for both of us. Most small business websites need a few hours of care a month: software updates, the occasional new photo, fixing the contact form that broke, SEO tweaks after launch. Bundling that with hosting keeps your site healthy and means the support is already built in.
No. Most websites need a few weeks of real-world use to know whether they are working for you. The minimum term gives us both that runway without adding churn risk.
Ready to talk it through?
A short email is usually enough to know which tier fits. If I am not the right person for your business, I will point you at someone who is.
